Greetings and welcome to the official website for Kuching Open Source Community (KOSC), a community-driven effort for sharing knowledge among its members and the public on open source software (especially Linux operating system) and open standards.

May 2009 Meet Up + Release Party

KOSC will be organizing the next meet up for May 2009 on September 16th, 2009 (Sat) from 8pm until 10pm at Starbucks, The Spring, Kuching. We would like to invite all of you to join this monthly meet up where we will be having Release Party for both Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty) and Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise 11.

Free Ubuntu CDs / SUSE DVDs and other freebies will be distributed to attendees.
